Production process flow of Fully automatic machine:
- Characteristics
◆The equipment mainly includes 5 functional blocks: feeding, heating, forming, discharging and manipulator transmission.
◆The feeding part adopts the way that the gear reduction motor drives the screw rod to rotate to transport the materials. It will automatically stop when it rises to the detection photoelectric. If there is less material in the material rack under the automatic state, the material rack will automatically fall when the detection photoelectric is not triggered and the upper limit proximity switch is connected.
◆The heating part adopts far-infrared radiation element for heating, and the temperature control system adopts power regulator for double zone temperature control, which has reached accurate constant temperature.
◆The power source of the forming part is the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system shall be filled with hydraulic oil above the middle position of the dipstick, and water circulation must be connected for hydraulic cooling.
◆The discharge part is driven by the air cylinder to realize the exit of products and waste materials.
◆The reclaiming manipulator realizes the lateral displacement by a servo motor through the gear rack mechanism. The mechanism also includes vacuum suction cups and other components.
◆Through the combination of the above related functions, the machine can realize the full-automatic production of lampshade products.
